An M&S has just opened in Heuston, making everyone's commutes that bit more notionsy

Lah-di-dah.

DUBLIN’S HEUSTON STATION isn’t exactly known for its wide selection.

You can get a sandwich and coffee, sure, or a filthy feed in Supermacs. But otherwise, the offering is fairly lacklustre. Until now, that is.

Last week, a branch of M&S Simply Food opened in the train station. How very London.

No more do passengers have to slum it with whatever they can grab from the vending machine.

Now you can spice up your commute with mango and fat-free yoghurt.

Or an iced coffee latte and sweet treats.

Trés glam.

It’s open till 10pm from Monday to Saturday and until 8pm on Sundays, meaning that it should hopefully put an end to people stinking out the carriage with their Supermacs meals.

Sure we won’t know ourselves at all!
